3. How much time is involved?

Do you have a few hours or more than a few more hours to give? We can use your help. We will work to match what you can give with what we need.
Trail clearing events occur in the fall and take four to eight hours per day depending on the amount of work to be done
Bridge building, the putting in and taking out of our floating bridge are other projects that can take a few hours.
Fundraising-our major fundraiser is our summer Poker Run held on the July long weekend. We need people to man the poker run stops, to help at the barbecue and to help set up and take down.
Executive-we are looking for people to serve on our board. We meet roughly once a month for a couple of hours. The SMART board works with the MSR ( Muskoka Snowmobile Region) to make snowmobiling great. We are always looking for fresh faces.

4. How do I volunteer?
Send your name, phone number and email, along with what you are interested in doing, to Lisa Martin at lisa@smartsnowmobile.com.

Your name will be placed in our volunteer data base and you will be contacted when there are events happening.

Any time that you can donate is greatly appreciated. Without volunteers snowmobiling in Ontario would not exist.
